The 20,000 sq. ft. Ucluelet First Nation Community Center is a 2 story wood building containing offices, lounges, meeting rooms, and a commercial kitchen as well as a Gymnasium. Architect: Scott M. Kemp. General Contractor: Humphrey Construction.

Athecon Projects was brought in to complete the wood frame structure and exterior finishes. This was a unique project that presented many interesting challenges with the design, and of course the lovely winter West Coast weather. The end result is a beautiful building for the Ucluelet First Nation.
