A new home for Coastal Community Credit Union and Antidote Distillery in Port Alberni

Our team at Athecon completed the foundation and framing of this new daycare in Port Alberni in 2023. 

The 20,000 sq. ft. Ucluelet First Nation Community Center is a 2 story wood building containing offices, lounges, meeting rooms, and a commercial kitchen as well as a Gymnasium. Architect: Scott M. Kemp. General Contractor: Humphrey Construction.

Athecon Projects was brought in to complete the wood frame structure and exterior finishes. This was a unique project that presented many interesting challenges with the design, and of course the lovely winter West Coast weather. The end result is a beautiful building for the Ucluelet First Nation.
